Since 1999, RLDA has enjoyed a strategic alliance with Space Imaging, LLC – a Denver-based company that is recognized as a global leader in digital earth information. With the launch of IKONOS – the world’s first commercial one-meter imaging satellite, Space Imaging was able to significantly increase its diverse collection of image products under the CARTERRA name. Given this alliance, we are able to provide our clients with more cost-effective information, with rapid delivery that far exceeds marketplace standards. This service, along with imagery from aerial and radar sources, vector layers and digital terrain models, gives us an edge as a global resource for government agencies, businesses, and individuals in providing information on the earth’s every-changing cultural and natural features. Boundary surveys (metes-and-bounds) involve accurate descriptions of a tract of land’s boundaries, including the bearing and length of each successive boundary line.
